Training for years but still dont look lean?
This is was gage’s problem
And it had nothing to do with his effort
And everything to do with the plan he was following
Or ‘lack’ of a plan should I say
He was a trying anything and everything
Bodybuilding workouts in the gym
Just eating chicken broccoli and rice
Doing lots of cardio
The more extreme
Difficult
And time demanding it was, the more he thought this is how it should feel
Only until he had spent years looking the same
And when youre busy, how much more can you do when youre already dedicating a lot of time to it all
Effort alone isnt enough
Getting in shape, shouldn’t be easy
But it should be easy enough for you to follow consistently
And you should be seeing results from it on a monthly basis

The plan is set up wrong
All it took with gage was just shifting his focus slightly in a different direction
Not massively overhauling his life
And actually giving him less cardio and gym sessions
For him to see his abs for the first time in his life
