Mid process update for Nick

What a pleasure this guy is to coach

Funnily enough we spoke for two years before he joined the programme

He was always keen, but sitting on the fence and delaying

Waiting for the ‘perfect time’

Until one day he decided to commit and go all in

He was training regularly (he even has a gym in his garage)

But his nutrition was massively letting him down

Portion sizes that were too big

Overdoing food and drink on the weekends

It led him to a spot where he had to change

He was no longer confident in his body

And it was affecting his energy, confidence

And how he showed up as a man

What we did was give him structure

Structure in the gym with progressive workouts that were going to add strength and muscle mass

And most importantly

Structure in his nutrition

A plan dialled in with meals he enjoys

That keep him full

And a plan for the weekends so he can still enjoy a pint at the footy and a meal out with friends

Following this system he’s lost fat rapidly

And were aiming for a photoshoot to get him in the best shape of his life at the back end pdf this year

Training for years but still dont look lean?

This is was gage’s problem

And it had nothing to do with his effort

And everything to do with the plan he was following

Or ‘lack’ of a plan should I say

He was a trying anything and everything

Bodybuilding workouts in the gym

Just eating chicken broccoli and rice

Doing lots of cardio

The more extreme

Difficult

And time demanding it was, the more he thought this is how it should feel

Only until he had spent years looking the same

And when youre busy, how much more can you do when youre already dedicating a lot of time to it all

Effort alone isnt enough

Getting in shape, shouldn’t be easy

But it should be easy enough for you to follow consistently

And you should be seeing results from it on a monthly basis

If you’re not and youre working hard?

The plan is set up wrong

All it took with gage was just shifting his focus slightly in a different direction

Not massively overhauling his life

And actually giving him less cardio and gym sessions

For him to see his abs for the first time in his life

And make more progress in 3 months than in 5 years using our Rapid Fat loss approach

How shreyas lost 19kg by eating more food

Shreyas has a high work ethic

He shows up to the gym consistently

Trains hard

But that has never been his issue

The biggest problem was his diet

He found that every time he tried to lose fat

He would struggle with hunger, snacking and cravings

And every time he gave into it which reset his progress

Once we took a look into everything

It was evident the issue was that like most men, he would try to eat as less as he could

And go to the extreme to lose fat

But this is the worst way of doing things

What we did was set his diet up in a way that meant he could eat more food

And lose more body fat

The results?

Sticking to the diet was easy

He said he’d never eaten so much in his life whilst seeing progress

And hunger was never an issue

Which is exactly how he lost 19kg

To lose fat successfully

You cant just focus on a calorie deficit

Theres much much more to it than that
