Tuesday at 9.30am via zoom
Tuesday at 6pm at Anahata Yoga Centre, Leigh-on-Sea
Tuesday at 7.45pm at Therapy Life Centre, Prittlewell Chase
All levels are welcome. The exercises can also be adapted for pregnancy and postnatal. Message me to book. I look forward to seeing you!

I hate a selfie but this is me!

I teach various Pilates classes local to Leigh-on-sea. I teach 5 days a week so there’s plenty of times to catch one or two of my classes. I’m also available for private lessons.

My classes are fun, friendly and welcoming. They are suitable for all levels, even if you’ve never tried Pilates before. You can make the class as easy or as hard as you want by choosing different options for each exercise.

My weekly schedule is below:

Mon - 121’s

Tue - 9.30am via zoom,
6pm at Anahata, Leigh-on-sea, 7.45pm at Therapy Life Centre, Prittlewell Chase

Wed - 9.30am Postnatal Pilates at DILAM, Westcliff
11.30am at Virgin Thundersley

Thurs - 10.15am at Virgin Thundersley

Friday - 1.30pm at Virgin Thundersley

You can bring your baby along or come alone. It’s totally up to you!
