A year and some change in the game with

Andd I still feel like I have no idea what I’m doing but apparently that’s the fun bit? 😵‍💫😅

Just over a year ago I’d completely had enough of running and to be honest my “enjoyment” in training

I’d always wanted to try BJJ but the thought of stepping into a gym to give it a go was absolutely terrifying for all the obvious reasons

(And the fact the fitness industry went through this weird period where it felt everyone was doing it)

turns out I had no reason to be as what Claire and Renato have built in their gym is the complete opposite of what I expected to find

Yes, every week someone tries to rip your head off but the community and the support from all the guys is incredible

Thanks .athletica for planting the seed 🫡
