•Two-five 1 to 1 personal training sessions a week in a private studio depending on how many you would like

SUMMER SHRED☀️🏝️

Summer is just around the corner and now is the perfect time to start thinking about and working on your summer goals!

What can I do to help you? On top of everything in the poster, I will also offer maximum support and provide you with what you need to achieve those goals💪🏻

Feeling tight in the lower body? Give these stretches a try!

Standing quadricep stretch:

•Stand on one leg, knees touching together. Hold a wall if you struggle with balance
•Grab one of your feet and pull it towards your glute, hold for 20-30 seconds then switch leg

Standing hamstring stretch:

•Bend one leg slightly then with the other leg extend it out with your toes facing upwards
•Keeping the spine straight, lean over slightly to bring your chest towards your thigh. Hold for 20-30 seconds then switch leg

Figure 4 stretch:

•Cross your right ankle over your left knee
•Reach your right hand through your legs and interlace your fingers just behind your left knee crease
•using your arms pull your left knee towards your chest until you feel a stretch. Hold for 20-30 seconds then switch legs

Seated groin stretch:

•Sit down on the floor with legs in front of you
•Bend both knees and bring the soles of your feet so that they are touching each other
•Then from that position lower your legs until you can feel a stretch then hold for 20-30 seconds

Standing calf stretch:

•Stand holding a wall with your arms extended and toes pointing forward
•Extend your right leg back, keeping your foot flat on the floor
•Lean forward and slowly bend your left knee until you can feel a stretch in your calf. Hold for 20-30 seconds then switch leg.

From 3 months, managed to lose 13kg through consistent training, diet and hard work. Now back to consuming more calories to put on some more size💪🏻

Happy with how it turned out, definitely made some noticeable changes to my physique, getting leaner and seeing more definition.

Push day, this is just a current update on how my physique is looking at the moment and I am happy with how the shred is going. Currently lost 13kg in 3 months which is happy days whilst keeping as much muscle as possible.
