We always aim to be transparent about our availability here at Active Academy. Here’s our current position:

🥐 Breakfast clubs: Good availability Monday–Friday

🎨 After school clubs: Tuesdays and Thursdays are now nearing capacity; the rest of the week sits at around 75% capacity

☀️ October holiday clubs: Spaces are filling up quickly!

Where possible, please let the club know as early as you can if your child will be absent. This helps us offer spaces to families who may otherwise have missed out.

We hope this makes the childcare planning minefield a little easier to navigate!

After a hectic summer of holiday clubs, we're back with our wraparound care hat on!

Don't forget our open day is taking place tomorrow for Leigh North Street Primary School Reception starters.

Just a quick note with some additional information if you're coming to us for the first time:
- Our open day runs from 2-4pm
- Entry is via the double green gates at the end of Maple Avenue, then through the green door on the left. Once inside, head up the stairs, you'll see our sign 'Active Academy' out the front of our unit
- Please ensure your child is supervised by an adult at all times while attending our open day
- Family members welcome!

Autumn term wraparound care for LNSPS - now open for bookings! 📢

We’ve held off for as long as possible, but due to rising costs in rent, energy, food and staffing, a small increase to our wraparound care pricing will begin this term.

That said, we remain fully committed to delivering the high-quality, inclusive and engaging care that families at Leigh North Street (and beyond!) know and trust.

We continue to accept Tax-Free Childcare and a wide range of voucher schemes such as EdenRed ad Pluxee to help make childcare more affordable for working families, therefore please utilise these. Can't see your scheme or require some support booking via your chosen scheme? Please reach out to us!
