Lake View Fishery

Lake View Fishery Commercial fishery in the midlands hosting match and pleasure lakes, 07871386011 for match bookings. and Carp up to 34lbs. All fish are approximately 1lb - 3lbs.

Our fisheries have two main pleasure lakes, one is the 'Pool' with 25 pegs and a wide variety of species up to 30lbs. The 'Ocean' is an 18 peg pleasure specimen lake with Bream up to 12lbs. Also every day of the year, two match lakes are available on a rotation system for pleasure fishing. At Lake View we have also created an under 14yrs lake. This brimming hot spot provides a thrilling introducti

on for the young angler in a relatively safe environment. (Please note that all children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.) We provide: ample car parking, toilet facilities, litter bins and our walkways are laid stone paths. All our lakes are equipped with timber decked platforms from which to fish. The Match Lakes:
There are 10 match lakes at Lake View, available on a strictly 'reservation only' basis. All are stocked with Roach, Bream, Barbel, Chub and Carp. Our Match Lakes are as follows:-

Serpent - 25 Pegs.............. Lagoon - 25 Pegs
Harbour - 25 Pegs.............Marina - 26 Pegs
Reef - 26 Pegs....................Stream - 20 Pegs
River - 20 Pegs................ .Brook - 8 Pegs
Canal - 30 Pegs.................Oasis - 20 Pegs

The Wednesday Vets Match was fished on Canal and Serpent with three sections on each Lake. It was a good competition with good weights all round.
Top on the day was "Pasty" Pete Sisson. Pete netting 98lb 1oz from peg 5 on Canal.
It was a familiar story on Serpent with John Lane taking the honours with 74lb 4oz from peg 13.
Well done to Pete and John also to the other Section winners:

The eighteen anglers for the Saturday Vets Match were split between Baileys lake and River. Three sections on Baileys and two on River.
Once again it was John Lane who headed the field with 56lb 11oz from peg 16 Baileys. John Smart topping the list on River from peg 1 with 25lb 1oz.
