A brilliant way to finish before taking a short break throughout June. These players have worked incredibly hard and the progress they’ve made has been fantastic to see 💪

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported Phase To Grow since we launched, it really does mean a lot.

Now it’s time to reset and refresh before we’re back at it in July 🚀

🏆 Proud moment for Luka 👏

After 21 weeks of hard work together, it’s brilliant to see him recognised with the Parents’ Player of the Season award at 🐝

The effort, attitude and willingness to learn he brings week in week out is top class, fully deserved mate 👊

Already looking forward to seeing what you can achieve next season 🗓️

These two are a huge credit to - brilliant attitudes, working hard and always willing to learn 👏

Tonight’s tackle focus was all around:

👣 Foot placement
💥 Shoulder contact
🤝 Strong arm wrap

…all to help make tackles as dominant as possible 👊

You’ll also see us using tennis balls during the session 🎾 a really simple way to encourage players to keep a strong shoulder contact and avoid reaching or grabbing with their arms too early in the tackle - not their feet 👀

Also our first go using the Meta glasses 👓📹

Safe to say there’ll be plenty more content coming with them 😅
