Hi everyone,

No Instafit session tonight!

I’m also away on holiday next Tuesday and Thursdays and then we’ll be back at Brockington full time providing we can get the numbers! Thomas estley doesn’t open during summer holidays.

Apologies for the lack of session.. but we’ve only really been getting 6s max booked on for sessions!

Hopefully I can think of something to get things going again as the session are great when in flow!
