Virtual Run Club Wednesday is a Go Go🟢
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Whether you’re new runner running 1km, or a competent runner running a marathon, or you’re in isolation or injured you can take part!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Step 1. Get out and run, but make sure you still distancing yourselves from others. For people staying indoors complete a 30min workout, whether that’s bodyweight, yoga or core training.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Step 2. Let me know in the comments of this thread, how far you’ve ran or what you’ve been up to.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Step 3. Post a selfie 🤳 and an image of your route on Instagram or Facebook and use the hashtag

Unfortunately due to the Covid-19 virus we have had cancel our Wednesday run club for the time being🙁
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But it’s not all bad news, we shall be posting a post every week!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
To earn your loyalty card stamp, all you need to do is run over 5km, share your route, time and distance. Then the guys in store shall give you a stamp 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️
