𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐓 is our exciting NEW resistance-based training session designed to help you get stronger, build muscle and burn body fat!
With a combination of upper and lower body exercises, comprising of various push, pull, press, and row exercises.
What sets LIFT apart is that each month, we change the program, each phase complementing the next.
We will coach and work with you to add progressive overload each week so you’ll constantly challenge yourself and see amazing results.
Phase 1 of LIFT will kick off on January 8th, so mark your calendars!
