nding out how they’re feeling after the previous day’s session. My clients range from TV producers to fashion executives, businesspeople to housewives. I’m able to adapt my style for the type of person you are, to make sure you get the most out of the training session and our professional relationship. I work with men and women of all ages and abilities, from a range of different backgrounds. Having worked in the childcare profession previously, I have expertise in working with young people who have special needs. I genuinely care about the people I train and do all within my power to help them reach their goals. I’m constantly researching new training techniques, as well as reading up on latest nutrition tips.
