We set up OTC to offer rivals an alternative way to settle disputes without using weapons. "On The Cobbles" was set up to offer a safe and controlled environment for people to settle their differences rather than using weapons. We arrange and oversee fights between rivals so things can be settled the old fashioned way (a straightener)
