Mum and baby classes suitable from 6-8 weeks or 10-12 weeks post c-section ❤️✨

My classes have been running for 7 wonderful years and I’ve loved helping you return to exercise after your babies 😍

BOOTCAMP part 2 💪💪💪

Expect battle ropes, slam balls, kettle bells, weights, cardio, core, the full equipment list for an amazing full body workout 💪✨

This class is suitable for all fitness abilities as options can be given for all exercises and as it is a circuit based class it means you can work to your own ability 🙌🏼

📆 Saturday 27th June
⏰ 9:30-10:15
📍 Blaby and whetstone boys club

These sessions only run once a month

These classes are also included with the monthly membership or you can book with the pay as you go option 👏🏻
