Hi everyone,

Hope you are well ☺️
This weeks challenge; the Big Spin Challenge; is a bit of fun and we’re partnering up with Leicester Wolves Mixed Hockey Club.
All you have to do is hit the ball. Sounds easy right? But before that you have to rest your head on the end of your stick and spin around 10 times before attempting to hit the ball. Anyone and everyone is encouraged to give it a go. Good luck.... 🏑🐾🐺🐆

P.s. it is easier (and safer) to do outdoors on a nice big lawn.

Hi everybody,
Hope you all safe and well.

This is the first hockey challenge for anybody who would like to give it a go.

The fitness goal this week is to walk or run 5 miles. This can be over however many days you like.
