🍂 Autumn studio reset with 🍂

There’s something about a change of season that makes me want to have a good clear-out, clean everything up and make the studio feel a little more cosy!

I picked up a few autumnal bits from B&M and gave my home studio a much-needed tidy, clean and little refresh ready for a busy few weeks of one-to-one Pilates clients.

I think I could definitely add a few more autumn bits, but I’m loving how cosy it feels already 🤎

And with the kids now back at school, it’s the perfect time to get back into a routine and make a little more time for yourself.

Whether you’re getting back to a class, starting Pilates for the first time or simply looking for something that makes you feel good — autumn is a pretty good time to start 🍂

Hi guys! 👋🏼 Just a little update from me and a catch-up as it’s been a busy one!

This week has been really full-on and next week is looking even busier now that all my regular classes are back on. I’ve also got some new care homes starting with SIT Fitness and I’m really busy with my one-to-one clients after the summer, so it’s definitely back to business! But it’s all good and I’m really enjoying being busy.

Today we went back to for our viewing from our family photoshoot and honestly, what an experience! 🥹 I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but it was so lovely and actually quite emotional seeing everything back.

It also made me realise just how special it is to have these memories captured, which is why I really wanted to share the giveaway with you all again.

It’s Sunday, so here comes a little food inspo for your week 👇🏼

This was one of those evenings where I needed something quick, filling and easy. After BodyPump, Spin and Pilates, the school run and taking Teddy to tennis, it was already 7:30pm and I was HUNGRY!

I used:
• Aldi king prawns in creamy pesto sauce
• Filled pasta from
• Peas
• Baby spinach
• Chilli 🌶️
• sourdough

I honestly think meals like this are such a good reminder that food doesn’t have to be labelled as “good” or “bad”. It wasn’t the healthiest meal I’ve ever made, but it certainly wasn’t unhealthy either.

It gave me a good mix of protein and carbs, some veggies, and most importantly, it filled me up after a busy day.

Quick, easy, realistic food that fits around real life — that’s what I’m here for!

I’ve just received a sneak peek from our recent family photo shoot with ZigZag Photography and wow I’m obsessed with this picture🐶🐾

I collaborated with ZigZag Photography and we had such a lovely time and I’m so excited to see the final photos! There’s something so special about having those little moments captured properly, and I can’t wait to share the finished results with you.

It’s also been so lovely working with a small local photography business and supporting someone who is doing something they’re so passionate about. I always love being able to collaborate with other small businesses and showcase the amazing work they do.
