I am helping to raise money for the charity Mind as Mental Health is my passion and is needed so much in this world.

I’m taking the challenge to complete 30 days of yoga…. I know what u must be thinking…. 🤔 but ur a yoga teacher!! 🤣

My response is…. We don’t all practice what we preach!

I’ve made some difficult decisions around my yoga business and have decided not to continue with my Monday classes (for the time being…)

My Wednesday adult classes at Ravenstone Hall will continue as this is my ‘day off’ 👍🏼

I chose to start my little yoga business because of the difference yoga made to my life 🥰🧘🏻‍♀️

However…. I have to take care of myself too!

Taking on new responsibilities at work, increasing my hours and supporting Dad means that I need to prioritise.

As I sent in my email…. It isn’t goodbye, it’s just a pause until things get easier!
