These 5 Lessons changed the game for me
I wasn’t always someone that was in shape but these things transformed my life and my body:
Lesson 1️⃣: GET A MENTOR.
- Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. Get a Coach to help you get to your goal faster. Most importantly - pick someone that has achieved what it is you want to achieve.
Lesson 2️⃣: FOLLOW THE PLAN, NOT YOUR MOOD.
- When you don't feel like it... do it anyway. The changes take place in the work that you don't feel like doing.
Lesson 3️⃣: EMBRACE YOUR NEW IDENTITY.
- You have to start living in alignment to the new version of who you want to become. Align your habits to that future self and act like the person you are becoming.
Lesson 4️⃣: WHEN THE GOING GET'S TOUGH, YOU HAVE TO GET TOUGHER
- There will be moments where you want to give up, but you have to dig deep and push through.
Lesson 5️⃣: EMBRACE THE PROCESS
- The fact that you decided to change from where you were is powerful, let that be the driving force in moving you forwards.
