A bit about me,

1) I specialise in helping guys build muscle and confidence, whilst getting into a sustainable routine thatโ€™ll lead to long-lasting results.

2) I offer 1-1 Personal Training with nutritional guidance and support outside the gym. I also offer Online Training if 1-1 sessions arenโ€™t what people are looking for but still want that extra push and guidance.

3) Iโ€™ve been working at the gym now for nearly 3 years, working with a variety of people wanting to better themselves and start progressing themselves.

4) Right this moment, I personally train to build muscle mass and increase overall fitness as well as creating the healthiest version of myself, inside and out.

5) 2 interesting facts - I used to compete in National-Level Cross Country and I love anything Marvel!

- use as a warm up with 8-12 reps and push to failure on the last set โฃ

๐Ÿ’ง Eat more fruit and veg that has a high water content
๐Ÿ’ง If you donโ€™t like water add some sugar free squash to your water to give it some flavour

In the gym we do Yanga water which is full of vitamins and electrolytes!

Thereโ€™s 6 different flavours to choose from to give you a nice variety.
