9:45 am | Arrival & Registration
Doors open for prospective students and parents.
9:55 am | Welcome & Introduction
A welcome from our Artistic Directors, including an introduction to the Academy and our approach to vocational training.

10:00 am | Classical Ballet Training
Observation and/or participation in Classical Ballet Class.

11:45 am | Jazz Training
Observation and/or participation in Jazz Class.

1:15 pm | Pas de Deux Coaching
Observation of Pas de Deux Coaching and an opportunity to see the professional training environment in practice.

2:45 pm | Artistic Directors’ Q&A
An informal opportunity for prospective students and parents to ask questions and learn more about training at Kings, our expectations and progression opportunities.

3:15 pm | Departure

Our Open Day is designed to give prospective students a genuine insight into the vocational training experience at Kings International Ballet Academy.
From daily classical training and specialist coaching to the discipline, dedication and professional standards expected of our students, we hope the day will provide a valuable introduction to what life at Kings can offer.

We are so proud and delighted for ex students Poppy Florence Downing and Georgia Lee who were selected to appear in this Northern Dance production- more details will follow soon .🎬
Kings is passionate about creating opportunities for our young dancers and and have been instrumental in bridging the gap between training and the professional world by offering one Kings student a year the chance to become the Northern Dance Young Dancer whilst still training at Kings . This is a wonderful chance to work and learn outside the studio in a professional dance company under the care and attention of the wonderful .
