Training our judges for the Open 2026 🔥

•Key Standards & Requirements:

Position: Perpendicular to the barbell, facing sideways relative to the bar.

Bottom Position: Chest and thighs must touch the floor.

Jump: Both feet must leave the ground together (two-foot take-off).

Rep Completion: The rep is counted when the athlete lands on the opposite side.

No-Rep Conditions: Stepping over, touching the bar, or failing to touch the chest/thighs to the ground.

Our goal has always been simple: to make sure our members are achieving what they came here for.
Seeing the gym filled with people walking on their hands or taking their very first steps on their handstand journey is honestly something special.

This doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because our coaches see potential in people before they see it in themselves. They push, guide, encourage, and quietly move members to the next level, sometimes before they even realise they’re ready.
