Parent Fit 365 was created with 5 core principlesโฆ
These were created to help parents to regain control of their health and fitness, whilst getting strong, dropping body fat and feel much more energetic all year roundโฆ (not just because summer is coming!)
1. Embrace Balance:โจโจStrive for balance in your approach to nutrition, exercise, and overall well-being.
Avoid extreme diets and workout regimens.
2. Prioritise Performance:
You should aim to improve your performance both physical and mental.
Rather than concentrating on how many calories youโve burned on your Apple Watch.
Concentrate on how much weight you have lifted or how fast you ran.
3. Be a Positive Role Model
Lead by example and inspire your children by embodying a healthy and active lifestyle.โจโจLet them see you exercise. My son runs round singing Elton John Iโm still standingโฆ
He didnโt make it up, heโs seen someone do it. Kids are like sponges!
4. Practice Self-Care:
โจTake time for yourself to recharge and prioritise your physical and mental health.
You should be a little more selfishโฆ
Because if youโre feeling better, you will have more energy, which means you are going to be able to give more back to your family.
5. Feel good & Move Pain FreeโจโจFocus on improving energy and improving your movement patterns

Or do you almost put your knee out playing football with your 2 year old?
