Dupont Dance Stage School was founded by Janette Dupont in the late fifties and is now one of the leading stage schools in the country. We offer the highest standard of teaching in all aspects of dance, drama and musical theatre in a warm, friendly and professional atmosphere. The strength of this approach is reflected in our excellent examination and competition results and record of success in the profession. We offer weekly classes to children from the age of 3 to 18 years as well as some adult classes.

✨ And just like that, a new chapter begins… ✨

This week, we proudly said goodbye to three very special Dupont girls as they begin the next chapter of their dance journeys at college. ❤️

Nia Gonzalvez has been awarded a scholarship to ArtsEd in London — her dream college — while Olivia Dallow, who auditioned solely for Wilkes Academy, was awarded a scholarship and begins her training in Swindon. Clarissa Kerridge heads to Laines Theatre Arts to continue her training and pursue her dreams.

All three girls have been part of Dupont Dance Stage School since they were very young and have grown into exceptional dancers, performers and young women. They have been such valuable members of our team, and their presence, commitment and talent will be greatly missed.

We are incredibly proud of everything they have achieved and wish Nia, Olivia and Clarissa every success, happiness and fulfilment as they embark on this exciting new journey. 🌟

We cannot wait to see where their talent, determination and passion take them. Your Dupont family will always be cheering you on. ✨

To all of the amazing young people receiving their GCSE results today — especially those who have danced with us over the years — we’re sending you the biggest good luck 💛

Whatever is written on that piece of paper today, it does not define you, your potential, your intelligence, your character or your future.

For some, today will be a celebration of years of hard work, and we hope you feel incredibly proud of yourselves. 🥳 For others, the results may not be what you hoped for, and that can be difficult and disappointing — but please remember that one set of results is just one moment in a very long life.

There are so many different paths to success, and your journey doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. ❤️

Be proud of how far you’ve come, be kind to yourselves, and remember that there is so much more to life than a set of grades.

Is your little one ready to discover the joy of dance? 🩰✨

Our gorgeous Pre-Junior Tap & Ballet class takes place every Saturday morning, 10–11am, with our wonderful **Annabel ** 💕

Annabel trained at the Royal Academy of Dance and went on to dance professionally with the Sarasota Ballet Company, bringing a wealth of experience, warmth and passion to our youngest dancers.

These classes are the perfect introduction to dance — helping little ones discover music, rhythm, coordination and movement, while building confidence and having lots of fun along the way. 🌟

Most importantly, we create a loving, kind and encouraging environment where every child can feel comfortable, supported and excited to learn. 💗
