Following the UK's roadmap out of lockdown, we are excited to announce that we will be back to "individual" training at our Covid-19 safe facilities in socially distanced zones from the 13th April 2021.

Zoom sessions have been created using the following format;

Boxing Basics - 10/11, 17/11, 24/11 and 1/12

Muay Thai Basics - 11/11, 18/11, 25/11 and 2/12

MMA Basics - 12/11, 19/11 and 26/11

All classes will include 20-30 minutes Warm up and conditioning followed by technical drills.
