Holiday training ☀️💪🏼
Even if there’s a gym available while you’re away, don’t feel pressured to use it. Holidays are the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind and recharge both physically and mentally. The routine will still be there waiting for you when you get home.
Don’t feel guilty about spending the day by the pool, having an extra cocktail or making the most of the all inclusive buffet (which I definitely did 😅). You’ve worked hard in the lead up to this holiday, training consistently and dieting to feel your best.
A few days or even a couple of weeks away from your usual routine won’t undo all of your progress. Enjoy the break, make memories, and when you’re back home, you can get straight back into your routine and back to it.
You’ve earned this holiday… now enjoy every minute of it!
