We’ve had a lot of feedback recently about members being too in their own world while training.

So from today, headphones will no longer be allowed on the gym floor.

This is to encourage a stronger community, more interaction, and better awareness of your surroundings.

All music will now be played through the gym speakers.

If you’re seen wearing headphones, a member of staff will ask you to remove them.

Research even suggests that members who train without headphones are more engaged and connected.
