This is an interval based HIIT style workout , You will be tested to the limit, increase your aerobic capacity and BURN those calories fast. We use a combination of short and long intervals and a multitude of exercises so you will never get bored. FXT FLEX �
This is a strength workout that will sculpt your body and get you looking ripped. Using an array of equipment from dumbbells, med balls, kettlebells to body weight exercises.

Elvaston Castle Country Park is a gorgeous loop through gothic castle grounds, formal gardens, woodland, a lake dotted with old tufa grottoes, and the local nature reserve.

• Dog-friendly throughout — can get busy, so keep on lead around the courtyard and nature reserve
