Sports In You SPORTS IN YOU provide services such as Boxercise, Football, Basketball, Zumba, Martial Arts and Multi-Sports to keep healthy and fit.

SPORTS IN YOU is a Leicestershire based sports company and was formed in April 2009. We aim to improve social interaction, a reduction in barriers and perceptions between young persons, the elderly, and most vulnerable and single parents within the community. We hope to encourage and preserve the quality of life, within the community through physical exercise, sports activities and other services.

We intend to provide a variety of sports and fitness sessions. All of our coaches are fully qualified in their chosen field of sport with the correct governing body qualifications and have acquired experience to work with all ages. First-aid qualifications and CRB checks will be carried out with all coaches. All our procedures are of a high quality and meet the required standards and regulations through health and safety checks and risk assessments on all venues we use to deliver our sport sessions.

In March 2020, I delivered boxing fitness sessions for young people at the Kingfisher Community Centre on behalf of Leicester Youth Service .youth.service
The sessions focused on improving fitness, confidence, discipline, and personal development through structured boxing training and physical activities. It was encouraging to see the young people engaging positively, with one individual already demonstrating strong footwork and movement skills, highlighting both natural ability and the positive impact of the programme. I felt compelled to make a few minor edits.

Youth Games Club

The Youth Games Club is a fun and welcoming space where young people can play, learn, and socialise together in a positive environment.

Activities include educational problem-solving games, board games, hand-eye coordination challenges, interactive group games, and supervised video games.

The club helps develop teamwork, creativity, critical thinking, and coordination while encouraging young people to build confidence and friendships through play.
