Dr. Clinton Rubin shared in this interview his knowledge from decades of research and explained that Mesenchymal stem cells in the bone marrow could be triggered to form bone cells instead of fat! To keep this bone growing process active, stimulations should be frequent, at least daily. Once or twice a week is not enough.

The gentle ones are, for example, hidden fist punch, turn body with lotus kick and the cannon fists. These forms have less chance of harming the body due to errors in movements.

For safety, more vigorous forms such as pounding of the mortar and fair lady weaves with shuttle should first be trained under an instructor.
