This was our first grading in 2 years due to covid restrictions.

Thurnby Lodge Tae Kwon Do school is gradually getting back to normal. We still have places for new students and returning students.

Current training schedule is

Mondays
4pm - 4.45pm - Children's beginners class from age 4
5pm - 5.45pm - Adults beginners class
6pm - 6.45pm - Fitness and self defence class all welcome
7pm - 7.45pm - Senior grade class

Hi

We can now return to TKD after a massive break. The community center is gradually re opening.

New Beginners classes starting on Monday 2nd August. Please contact me to book a place as there are limits on class sizes.

Adults fitness/self defense classes also have spaces available.

All returning members must contact me to confirm your place on class

4pm - 4.45pm - Childrens Tiger class (age 4 - 7 Years) with Heather

5pm - 5.45pm - Beginners - yellow stripe class (from age 6 - Adults and families)

6pm - 6.45pm - Heather fitness/self-defence class (adults only)

7pm - 7.45pm - Yellow belts - Blue stripe class

8pm - 9pm - Red belts and above
