Is he lazy or does he have a point? 🤔

A 21-year-old man went viral after posting a video explaining why he refuses to get a job. His reasoning is simple: he never asked to be born, and since his parents made that decision without his consent, they should be responsible for supporting him financially. He argues that forcing someone to work for a life they didn't choose is fundamentally unfair.

The video split the internet completely. Critics called him the definition of entitlement and everything wrong with younger generations. Supporters said he was raising a legitimate philosophical question that most people are too afraid to ask out loud. Some connected his stance to antinatalism, a philosophy that questions whether bringing someone into the world without their consent is morally justifiable.

Whether you think he's a genius or delusional, one thing is undeniable. One sentence from a 21-year-old got millions of people debating what we actually owe each other.

The struggle is real 😫
And if this list of symptoms isn’t enough stress for us Ladies to deal with…. We are expected to not moan about it and ‘Sail’ through it like some lucky females actually do 🤷‍♀️
However some of these can be managed and even overcome by being more active and changes in your eating habits 👌❤️

Putting the girls through some challenging core exercises, whilst both of these ladies are very active and take part in regular exercise they still find core stability training a challenge. A huge influence on performance within any field, but also an important factor to health, posture and movement 🙌🏻💪🏼🏊🏻‍♀️🏌🏼‍♂️🤸🏽‍♂️🏂⛷🏋🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♂️🧗🏻‍♀️🚴🏼‍♀️

Why not share your PT session, even if you both have different goals or are of different abilities. Each session can be tailor made yet shared, having the motivation of others during your session as well as the banter can really help ease any nerves or anxiety surrounding an exercise session 🤗❤️
