💜 SELF-LOVE 💜
When was the last time you offered yourself the same kindness and compassion that you so freely give to everyone else?
This week’s classes are all about slowing down, softening, and reconnecting with ourselves. Through gentle movement, breathwork and relaxation, we’ll be focusing on self-care, self-compassion and restoring our energy.
So often we’re busy looking after everyone around us that we forget to fill our own cup first.
This week, give yourself permission to pause.

✨ Rest when you need to.
✨ Take up space.
✨ Remember that you matter too.
