Meet Pooja, the one who is always smiling in class, always turns up, hardly ever misses a classes and acknowledges the importance of self care to look after her health.
I'm so pleased to be able to dance with Pooja every week!

"I started attending the BollyFIT and BollyJAM classes twice a week, and recently joined BollyTONE which says a lot because I’ve never really been someone who enjoys exercising. I knew I needed to take better care of my health, and this turned out to be the perfect way to do it without it feeling like a chore.
Every session is full of energy, great music, and genuinely fun routines that make you forget you’re actually working out. The atmosphere is so positive and encouraging, which makes it easy to keep coming back. What I love most is that it doesn’t matter what your fitness level or experience is—everyone is just there to enjoy themselves and improve.
