WHAT ARE THE MOVEMENT STANDARDS?

These are not comprehensive of all movements that may come up
in competition, but all weights listed are assuming you can perform 6-10 reps at that weight.

The dumbbell movements could be β Squats, Shoulder to
Overhead, Hang Clean and Press or similar.
Male/Female DB Movements
Single DB 20/15kg
Double DB 12.5/10kg
The barbell movements could be β Clean, Deadlift, Shoulder to Overhead squats.
(Please note there will NOT be any Snatches or Overhead Squats.)
Deadlift 80/50kg
Barbell Shoulder to Overhead 50/35kg
Barbell Clean 50/35kg
KB Movements 24/16kg
Wall Balls 9/6kg
Row, Ski, Bike, Run
Toes To Bar 1 team member
Bent Knee Hanging
Leg Raises
Pull Ups 1 group member
