What an amazing 10th class ❤️ well done ladies

This Girl Can 10th class!

Every Monday myself and a group of amazing women meet and dance, workout, move, sweat and smile. Today was a special day as we reached our 10th class ❤️

The progress I have witnessed in confidence is incredible in so many women and lots have now started my other classes too! If it was your 10th or 1st class tonight well done and thank you for making Mondays amazing!

We meet every Monday at 6pm at Countesthorpe Village Hall. This class is perfect for those new to exercise or returning after a break so be sure to come and try it out!

Ladies thank you for tonight! I absolutely loved it. Next Monday is ON and then there is a break for a week with Easter Monday - so be sure to come next week! 🐣

We LOVE a Monday! Well done to these ladies and the rest who enjoyed our dance fitness followed by toning at our This Girl Can - Countesthorpe class. Our This Girl Can Classes runs every Monday at 6PM and I have to say it’s an amazing way to start your week!

After this, I darted to David Lloyd Narborough to teach dance fitness and I have to say it was a crazy but amazing evening! Awesome energy on both classes tonight so thank you to every person who joined me.

We’re thrilled that television presenter Scarlett Moffatt joined her local This Girl Can Classes in Newcastle - and really enjoyed it. The classes are designed especially for women who have been inactive and would like to become more active through group exercise – and have some fun at the same time.

Big shout out to all our lovely group exercise instructors who have already undertaken our CPD training and are creating a warm and welcoming environment for their This Girl Can participants.

Well done to all of my This Girl Can Classes ladies tonight! We reached Week 6 🥳

Tonight we tried yoga 🧘‍♂️ and box fitness. What I love about our Monday class is every week we put 2 different styles together so every week is different! I would love to know… what is your favourite?

Mondays can be tough for all and this class always puts me in a positive mindset for the week and I leave glowing! So thank you to all who come and join me. Look out for your feedback questionnaires on email and don’t forget to book on for next Monday for another two styles. Keep up that commitment- we can do this.
