There is a time to talk and share ideas but there is also a time to just keep quiet and let your actions speak for themselves.

Imagine for one moment you had one wish and you do not have any other shot at it. What would it be?

Personally I wish I could fly 😂😂😂 but that’s only if I was playing in a super hero movie (or maybe in the year 3050🧐). In the meantime, being able to give a smile when thing gets tuff would be ideal. It is one of the reasons why I chose zumba as a platform, to make that wish a reality. Anytime that I deliver a class, there will be a moment when a student will smile and that is priceless to me.

Whatever you wish for is possible, it will take persistency and determination but you can make it a reality. Wherever there is a will there is a way.

The road to happiness is through the path of sorrow…

As much as this is sad, but in order to get to where you want to be you have to sacrifice a lot. At times you would feel like you are working against yourself. You are in pain, you are lonely, and also hungry. I feel you, I have been there, and everyone that has gone through a transformation they would tell you of the same. If they are few that actually have achieved a certain goal in their life, it is not that they are special but that they do not let the pain stop them. Many are those that give up halfway through, few are the ones that persevere.

Stand on the side of people who would leave a testimony and inspire others. Do not give up and be a statistic. It’s your time to fight on to a sure win…

Yeeeeaaaah it is a new month also the last month of summer too 😢😱. When you look back and review where you were and where you are now, if you have been putting the work, there have been some changes. You managed to conquer some fears, you have been able to accept yourself and love yourself more.

You might have not achieve or reached where you wanted to be by now, but hey it is ok…you are at least better than where you were yesterday. Every single step counts, be proud of it. This new month plan your next steps and give yourself a new goal that will build up to what you want to achieve in the long run.

You are on the right track😁😌🤩🎶🎵
