My first class at Foxton Equestrian is officially completed!

And what a lovely way to start.

Four lovely ladies joined me for the first of my Rider Performance classes at Foxton Equestrian Centre, and it was such a pleasure to work with them.

We spent the session exploring how the way we move, balance and organise our bodies can influence what we do when we’re riding — with plenty of practical exercises, movement, awareness and a few moments of “ohhh… I can really feel that!” 😆

And the setting… well, it’s pretty special. Such a beautiful, calm space to work in, with lots of room to move and a really lovely atmosphere.

I’m so pleased with how the first class went and incredibly grateful to the four of you who came along and trusted me with my first Foxton session. ❤️
