HEAD OVER TO TO CONTINUE TO KEEP UP WITH ME AND MY FUTURE ENDEAVOURS, FUN THINGS ARE ALREADY HAPPENING SO I CANT WAIT TO SEE YOU OVER THERE!

Thank you for following along with us since we opened, we appreciate every single one of you who followed, interacted and attended class. You all rock and I look forward to seeing you all in fitness classes in the future. Our 6 Week Summer Reset participants were set with the challenge of unlimited classes. By achieving 12 classes within the 6 weeks each person would be added to a draw. Congrats to Natalia for completing a whopping 22 classes in 6 weeks and also being selected at random to be the winner of our £250 holiday voucher!!

“As a person that really dislikes exercise I have really enjoyed these past weeks doing the programme to the point of actually looking forward to go. My biggest challenge has always been motivation but Allix’s enthusiasm has made it really easy to go. The classes are fun and always a bit different. As for the progress, I have been seeing changes in my body and I’m very impressed with all the weights I’m being able to lift now compared to the beginning. I think my experience with the programme can be summarised with the fact that before I was only able to do 5 press ups and now I can do 30!”

Still buzzing off the vibes from our open day on Saturday!

We had an incredible class with an INSANE effort from all, then a team relay to get people pushing themselves!

Our juices, snacks and baked goods went down a treat, brownie recipe going up soon for those who asked 😉

I am so happy to have met those of you who came and a HUGE thank you to our existing customers who came to support the studio!

Hi there I’m tay ! I have a passion for weight, circuit and interval training. I wanted to better myself, look better and feel better and that lead me to falling in love with training. This then took me on a path to training to be a fitness instructor. I thrive on helping people reach their goals and helping them to be mentally and physically strong. I shout about self love and taking care of yourself because your health is most important.
