📈 An exciting opportunity is on the horizon as we are set to develop our LEICESTER MESSYS football community. We are searching for coaches to push us forward in this journey 📈

😀 We’re looking for an enthusiastic person who has a sporting/coaching background to work alongside our lead coaches, with the plan to provide on the job training to lead their own sessions in the new year 😀

⬇️ MUST HAVES ⬇️

🚗 Be able to drive and have a car to get to sessions and bring kit.

📃 Have FA Level 1 or be in the process of doing it

🤕 Be First Aid Trained

💙 Have in date DBS and SAFEGAURDING certificates

⚽️ Have previous Coaching experience

⏰ PUNCTUALITY - As a children’s football coach, we should always be at sessions before the participants, this means arriving 15mins before the planned start time

👋🏼 APPROACHABLE - Successful candidates will be welcoming and ensuring a friendly environment for everyone, wearing clean and correct kit to always look presentable and approachable.

🤪 ENTHUSIASTIC - Successful candidate will be someone full of energy able to keep children engaged, make parents/spectators laugh. We expect this high level in every session they coach.

💙 WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US 💙

At Little Messys we pride ourselves on providing a fun and friendly environment to give children a positive and enjoyable introduction to football. This means giving each child the same amount of attention and care, making sessions fun and having a laugh with the groups to give them a positive attitude towards football. Highlighting the small wins and every child's accomplishments.

As a coaching team we always support each other and have a great relationship with all our coaching team, helping each other develop and always checking in on one another.

HOURS -

Sunday 9-1pm Goals Leicester

4 hours in total, looking to fast track more given the candidate passes their probation period successfully.

🚨NEW SYSTEM GOING LIVE🚨

Just an update to all parents. Over the next week we will be onboarding all current Messys (and trialists) onto our new system

You will receive 2 emails.

The 1️⃣st one just tells you you’ve been uploaded

The 2️⃣nd one has a link on to make a password for your account.

Once the password is updated you can download the app.

The app will ensure no updates are ever missed with sessions, all bookings for sessions and camps will go through this in future and it will enable us to make everything run smoothly 🤞🤞
