Something is better than nothing
Just because you can’t do it perfectly doesn’t mean it’s not worth doing
Don’t just throw the towel in on everything cause you didn’t make your gym session today
I bet you could still do your steps
I bet you could still make sure your food was healthy
I bet you could still make sure you drink enough water
Taking action of the things you can control will make more of a difference
Practicing these behaviours to turn them into habits
No one is perfect and things will crop up
You can either let it derail you or you can take it in your stride and see what else you can do
When you burst a tyre you don’t just slash the other 3 cause what’s the point in having them right?!
I promise you the person taking action over waiting for the perfect time is the person getting the incredible results
