Jas completed our PT Academy Course in 2022. After completing the training, he returned to Transformation Fit to continue learning from and developing his practical skills by shadowing our Personal Trainers. 💪💪

Meet Lesley!
Lesley is one of our recent graduates of Transformation Fit's PT Academy 💪
Lesley's passion for fitness came from a mental health perspective, she struggled with depression and turned to training as a way to help and cope. She found that training got her focused and back on track to leading a normal day-to-day life.

Since then, she has turned over a new leaf and wants to help others through their mental health battles through fitness! She has now completed her Level 3 Personal Training Certification and can begin to help others 🏋🔥
