Did you know Connor is taking on the challenge of 50 Pull Ups a day within the month on September? 📅💪

During September Connor will be doing 50 pull-ups every single day. For every pull-up donations go to our local foodbank (Leek and District Foodbank) - together we can help support those in need whilst building a stronger community! 🥫🤝❤️

If you wish to donate, please scan the QR code in club😊

Want to get involved? Don't worry members can join the challenge - add your pull-up count and join our community effort!

Days like this are a great reminder that fitness isn't just about getting healthier physically. 💪
