A fantastic seminar with BJJ black belt and UFC referee Marc Goddard last night. A massive thank you to everyone who came down to support it. Marc shared some brilliant details for both wrestling and ground work from his vast knowledge on the mats.

Classes are back on as normal today, 6am sparring is already done, left we have:

Kids (Ages 6+): 5:30 PM to 6:15 PM
Adults Gi (with Dave): 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM

Everyone is welcome, including absolute beginners. See you on the mats!
