We wanted to highlight some incredible achievements and recent promotions at the gym. Please join us in congratulating everyone!
Huge congratulations to Shannon on earning her Blue Belt. Shannon has been training a minimum of 5 times a week for over 2 years now. That is incredible dedication. She also competed recently, managing to secure a couple of submission wins and a well-deserved gold medal. Well done, Shannon.
Teya has been promoted to Solid Grey. She continues to make amazing progress training exclusively in the adults' classes. Her Jiu-Jitsu has come so far, and it has been equally amazing to see her personality grow and shine. Keep it up, Teya.
Harry has been promoted to Blue Belt. A tenacious competitor and an excellent training partner for everyone, Harry has competed and medalled multiple times at white belt while securing some great submission wins. He is developing a dangerous guard, and this belt is incredibly well deserved. Well done, Harry!
For our younger team members, sisters Lola and Beth have both been promoted to Grey and White. They have been training regularly in our 10+ class and have shown great progress. Lola is really beginning to become a technical grappler, and Beth definitely knows how to turn it on when she needs to. Well done girls!
Nicole has earned her Solid Grey belt. She has been training consistently at the gym for some time now. Coming over from a boxing background, she has shown great progress and is nearing the jump over to the adults' class soon. Well done Nicole!
Finally, Jack has been promoted to Grey and White. Jack has come along leaps and bounds. He always has a smile on his face, and even when things aren't going his way, he never gets despondent. He has made huge progress, especially in learning how to deal with more aggressive grapplers. Amazing job, Jack.
We have room in all our classes, come join the family!
