I am now running the Friday class at 6pm - ‘Lift’ with Mya 💪🏻🏋️♀️
This class will work majorly on strength training and lifting - Rotating weekly from full body, lower body & upper body classes
Major compound exercises will be worked on and rotated monthly from pull ups to squats - if you have never done these exercises before you will be able to during this class with my handy tips and tricks!
If you want a high energy, fun as well as tough workout and good vibes then get booked on!!!

A couple of changes to our class timetable!
After a super busy first 2 weeks of classes, we have added a couple of extras to our timetable!
Due to the success of Body Sculpt on Fridays, we are now also offering it on a Wednesday 🙌
We are also thrilled to announce that our very own Mya .fitness_ is back with ‘LIFT’ with Mya, bringing her strength and lifting expertise on a Friday evening at 6pm 💪
Please note: HyBoxing with will be starting later this month/early May - we have had LOADS of interest for this already, so watch this space for a launch date 🥊
