Whilst this is so great, I know some of you may be feeling anxious about return to the gym...
So I have opened up extra spaces onto my 8 week Female Body Confidence Personal Training Programme!!ππͺπ§ββοΈποΈββοΈ

Location: Fit Bodies Gym, Leek
Why sign up?
This 8 week programme will help you gain your confidence within yourself and the gym. I will be working along side you to guide you to long term healthy changes to your lifestyle and to your fitness. You will get an 8 week programme to follow, weekly challenges, and a group of other like minded individuals to support each other!
I will be supporting you on a 1-1 basis through personal training and available to help by whatsapp throughout the 8 weeks whenever needed. You will be learning how to confidently lift weights, with correct form and technique.
