As we prepare for anything busy Friday evening and bank holiday weekend we just want to ask a small favour of our members and guests.
It was brought to our attention that last week that some of our neighbours experienced children playing knock and run in the later stages of the evening. Whilst we do not know if this is necessarily associated with members or visitors or LWSC, we would just ask that you are mindful of our neighbours.
That being said we are very much looking forward to the bank holiday weekend and hope to see as many of you here over the next few days!

Big news! We will be hosting a food pop up this Saturday at the club from 2pm-9pm, the club will be open as well so make sure you get down to LWSC.

December at Leek Wootton Sports Club - Heading into the festive season and we have got plenty for you to be doing. 🥳

Starting with the Bell Ringers evening on December 19th, a night that is regularly on the calendar for many and is sure to be an amazing evening once again. 🔔

Then for New Year’s Eve we will be welcoming in 2026 with complimentary bubbly and buffet available to all members who would like to join us. 🎉

Finishing our events update in the Cancer Research skittles night on January 31st, a fantastic evening for an incredible cause. Tickets are available now, please see the attached picture for information on how to purchase yours. 🎳

Coming up at LWSC there are lots of different events and other activities coming up at the club in the next few weeks.

1) This Friday the club chairman will be making smoked Pork - cooked Low ‘n Slow on the BBQ

2) On 28/11 ’The Social’ (a new band formed at the Sports Club over a few drinks in the Spring) will be playing their debut gig - and it’s Pie Night too!

3) On 6/12 we’ll be hosting a Christmas quiz! Teams of up to 6 welcome, entry will be £10 per team - food included.

4) On 12/12 it’s the annual Christmas family bootcamp - bring the kids along for a bit of fitness fun!

5) On 19/12 it will be the highlight of the festive season as the handbell ringers return for a night of carols and general singing and good cheer - and it’ll be Pie Night again!

And finally, together with the PTFA from All Saints we are hosting our first ever Virtual Balloon Race. Details can be find of the poster below! We’re all set for a busy Christmas this year!
