🎄🎅 WAKEFIELD AFC JUNIORS CHRISTMAS RAFFLE 🎅🎄

Our annual Christmas raffle has started and we’d love to ask our amazing followers, parents, families and local community for a little help. ❤️⚽️

We are looking for brand new prizes that we can include in our raffle. These could be anything from:

🍫 Chocolates & sweet treats
🍷 W**e or other suitable gifts
🎁 Unwanted brand new presents
🎟️ Vouchers or gift cards
🛍️ Beauty, home or lifestyle gifts
🎄 Christmas hampers or anything else you’re able to spare!

Every donation, no matter how big or small, would be hugely appreciated and will help us raise much needed funds for Wakefield AFC Juniors.

We are a grassroots football club run solely by volunteers, and fundraising like this helps us continue to provide football opportunities for our young players and support the running of the club. ⚽️💙

If you have a brand new item you could donate, please get in touch with us via DM.

🙏 Thank you so much for supporting our club and our young players. Every donation really does make a difference! ❤️

⚽️ KEEP UP THE CONVO – PLAY SAFE 💬

This season, Wakefield AFC Juniors is proud to support Play Safe and its message to every adult involved in football: Keep Up The Convo with children and young people.

Safeguarding isn’t just about knowing what to do when something isn’t right. It’s also about creating regular opportunities for our young players to talk, share what matters to them, and know that their voices are listened to and taken seriously.

💬 On the pitch
💬 On the sidelines
💬 At training
💬 At pick-up and drop-off
💬 On the journey home

Everyday moments can be an opportunity to Keep Up The Convo.

At Wakefield AFC Juniors, we want our young players to feel safe, supported, valued and confident to speak to the adults around them.

Let’s keep talking, keep listening and keep creating a football environment where every child knows they have a voice. ❤️⚽️

We're proud to support Play Safe Weekend 2026, from 3rd October.

This year's theme is 'Keep Up the Convo': talking, listening and checking in with young people on and off the pitch.

Keep it open. Keep it active. Keep it going.
