Yesterday we had the privilege of coming in to guest instruct last nights classes.
Although Mike is most well known as a self protection specialist, his pedigree in Muay Thai, JKD and Inosanto Kali shone through, as he took us all through three technical masterclasses covering kick counters, trapping (both off and on the pads) and edged weapon reaction training.
Much fun and hard work was had by all.
