Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do & Jun Fan Gung Fu/Kickboxing, Filipino Martial Arts, Panantukan, Thai Boxing, Unarmed Tactics self defence and children’s JKD & Kali classes Starting life as a beginners class in 2007, we provide training in Jeet Kune Do Concepts, Jun Fan Gung Fu, Kickboxing, Filipino Martial Arts, Grappling, Self Protection and Functional Fitness training. Essentially there are three guiding principles here at GAMA:

No egos, no belts, no grades, no attitudes. Everyone's a peer, everyone's a friend

Value over Volume. Keep it simple, own it, make it work

A few from our Panantukan and GAMA Fit classes from last night. Tabatas with a focus on pulls and squat motions, with an introduction to a new ground based kb exercise for the core and then Panantukan continued our boxing glove drills focus and takedowns from the uppercut.
We finished with Unarmed Tactics and grappling mount controls and finishes.
It’s so good to see everyone progressing onto more complex material and getting fitter and stronger 💪🏻👊🏻

Our first ever grading at GAMA Guardians and what an awesome bunch of new white belts they are. Footwork, trapping, kickboxing and double stick basics. Everyone put in amazing effort and showed they’d not only tried their best in class, and on the day, but they had also put the work in at home.
