Karate has no age limit, and this is the proof.

Too many people say "I'm too old to start." They think karate is only for kids or athletes in their prime. But karate was never about being young, it was about being alive. Your body may slow down, but your spirit doesn't have to.

When you train, no matter your age, you gain more than kicks and punches. You gain balance, strength, confidence, focus, and health. You learn to breathe better, move better, and believe in yourself again. An elderly person who trains can be stronger, sharper, and more dangerous than a young person who does nothing.

Age is just a number on paper. As long as you have the will to get up and try, you are young enough to wear a gi. It is never too late to start, it is only too late when you stop trying.
