We have been asked by Peter’s family to post on their behalf

In Loving Memory of Our Dad, Peter Grimshaw ❤️

For those who may not already know, it is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our much-loved Dad, Peter, who passed away surrounded by his family on 13th September 2026.

Peter’s funeral will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday 29th September 2026 at:

Cottingley Crematorium
LS11 0EU

This will be followed by a Celebration of Life at:

Holbeck Bowling Club
LS11 8DP

Anyone who knew Peter is very welcome to join us as we come together to remember, celebrate and share memories of his life.

We would like to thank everyone for all the kind messages, condolences and support we have received during this incredibly difficult time.

We kindly ask that no flowers or cards are sent to Peter’s home address. Our mum, June, is living with dementia and is unable to remember that Peter has passed away. We want to protect her from any further confusion and upset at this very difficult time.

There will be a collection box for Alzheimer’s research and support at the crematorium, for anyone who would like to make a donation in Peter’s memory.

Sandra, Karen & kevin❤️
