⛳️ Thank you to Bradford Golf Club! ⛳️
We were absolutely delighted to be the chosen charity for the 2026 Ladies Charity Golf Day at The Bradford Golf Club , held on 15th September and what an incredible day it was!
A huge thank you to Kate Cooper and Kathryn Clegg for organising such a fantastic event and to everyone who took part, donated prizes and helped make the day such a success.
🎉Together, you raised an incredible £1,769 for The Principle Trust!
From the amazing raffle, to the additional fundraising through the string and mulligans, every contribution added up. And of course, there was some fantastic baking from participants to enjoy alongside the teas and coffees provided by the club!
⛱But most importantly, £1,769 could provide three children and their families with a free week-long respite break.
For a family facing challenges such as mental health difficulties, trauma, poverty, bereavement, serious illness or disability, a respite break is about so much more than a holiday.
It’s a chance to step away from the pressures of everyday life.
A chance to breathe, reconnect and spend precious time together.
A chance for children to simply be children.
And a chance to make memories that last.
It was wonderful to have the opportunity to tell everyone on the day about the incredible difference their fundraising will make to families across Yorkshire.
